Information we collect
When you submit a service request through a GrooteWorks website or widget, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address when supplied, service and urgency details, and other information you choose to include in the request.
If you choose SMS consent, we also preserve the consent text you saw and the timestamp showing when that consent was captured. The SMS checkbox is optional and is separate from submitting a service request.
How we use information
GrooteWorks and the service business receiving your request use this information to handle service requests, follow up about the details you submitted, coordinate appointments, provide support, protect the service, and keep an accurate record of communications you requested.
We do not use your SMS opt-in to send unrelated promotional messages. Message frequency may vary based on your request and the communications needed to address it.
SMS messaging
If you opt in, messages may relate to your service request and appointment updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can submit a service request without opting in to SMS.
We keep timestamped consent evidence for opted-in leads so that the service can honor the disclosure that was accepted. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
